Zumba: An energizing dance fitness class featuring Latin and International music.  Exercise in disguise!  You'll burn lots of calories and have a great time doing it! (1 hour class)

 

Zumba Gold: Great for active older adults looking for a modified Zumba class at a lower intensity that introduces easy-to-follow choreography with a focus on balance, range of motion, and coordination. (45 minute class)

Zumba Gold Chair: A class is done entirely in a chair! Don't let the chair fool you, it's a great workout with focus on core & upper body strength. (45 minute class)

Low Impact Zumba: The same energizing class as Zumba, just lower impact & verbal cues are added. (45 minute class)

Pop Dance Cardio: This high-energy cardio workout is perfect for all fitness levels and is sure to have you singing along to your favorite hits from the 80's, 90's, and today! (1 hour class)

 Christian Dance Fitness: A lively & energetic workout that combines the joy of dance with elements of faith. Cathy will guide you as you to dance to uplifting Christian music, nourishing body, mind & spirit!

 

Piloxing: A fusion of boxing and Pilates work together to provide a great blend of cardio and toning.  An energetic and challenging class set to top 40 remixes.  (1 hour class)

 

Half-Hour HIIT: A high intensity interval training (HIIT) class.  This class incorporates body weight, dumbells, and resistance bands with cardio moves for a full body workout. Circuit style class: 30 sec work, 15 sec rest for 5 rounds.  (30 minute class)

 

Step Aerobics: An energizing high intensity workout set to popular music using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step.  (45 minute class)

 
 

Gentle Yoga & Meditation: This restorative yoga class allows you the opportunity to calm and reset your entire body and mind to prepare you for ultimate relaxation.  The class guides you through a sequence of poses with a focus on stretching and breathing to find a union of the body, mind, and breath.  (1 hour class)

 
 
 

Strong: This high-intensity workout class combines bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, and cardio training with powerful, synchronized music. Each move is perfectly timed to the music’s beat, pushing participants to achieve greater endurance and strength in a fun and motivating environment. (1 hour class)
