How will I know if class is cancelled?
That’s easy - it isn’t! We almost never cancel class. On the very rare occasion that a class is cancelled, check Groove Fitness on Facebook. If you’re ever unsure, you can contact us directly through Facebook, text, or email.
What if I’ve never done group exercise before?
At Groove Fitness, we welcome participants of all skill levels, especially beginners! Our instructors provide guidance and modifications to suit your comfort level. We'll teach you everything you need to know, from setting up your equipment to mastering the movements. Just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to try something new, and we’ll take care of the rest. How do I start?
Getting started with us at Groove Fitness is easy and straightforward! If you're planning to join a class in person, simply show up 5-10 minutes early to sign an exercise consent form. You’ll also receive a quick tour of our facility to make you feel right at home from the start.
